General:

We carry out service and repair work on FrSky products, which have been purchased from us (warranty processing or repair) but also for articles purchased from other suppliers (against invoice). Send in the product with our service form. If you have any questions, please use the e-mail address [email protected] .

Please make a data backup before sending in your transmitter, so that your data is available to you after a check or repair and can be reloaded by you. We cannot guarantee that the stored data will be preserved during the inspection or repair. If we have made a firmware update, you should check all programming settings for correct function. Any liability for damage to or loss of data and programming is excluded.

The general service lead time is about 10-14 working days.

General repairs:

Replacing the RTC battery (storage battery, buffer battery) 9.95 EUR/fixed price plus battery and shipping costs

Update services:

If you want to update a FrSky transmitter or receiver with the FCC firmware (international) to the LBT procedure permitted in Europe, then this is no problem for us.
If you want to get the security update flashed properly on your FrSky transmitter or receiver, this is also no problem for us.

We offer the following fixed prices:

Update of a FrSky Article 9,95 EUR/fixed price
Each additional article 5,00 EUR/fixed price

The prices do not include shipping costs.

General:

Mode setting for FrSky transmitter. The transmitters are delivered with mode 2. If you need the mode 1, 3 or 4, then we will gladly modify your transmitter for 9,95 EUR/fixed price
Installation fee for stick switch per stick switch flat rate 29,95 EUR (price plus stick switch)

Flashing service of the operating systems at FrSky HORUS transmitters:

If you want to get your FrSky HORUS transmitter reflashed from FrOS to OpenTX or ETHOS (or from OpenTX to FrOS or ETHOS), we will be happy to do the work for you.

Flushing of the operating system with installation of the SD card fixed price 9.95 EUR

The prices do not include shipping costs.

Preparation of a cost estimate:

You send an article for repair but would like to know how much the repair will cost? No problem!

We will be happy to provide you with a cost estimate for the repair costs incurred. However, since the preparation is already connected with work on your device, we will charge the estimate with 50.00 EUR plus shipping costs for the return delivery if the repair is too expensive for you. In case of a repair the amount will not be charged.
