Times: All time specifications are based on room temperature (= +20°C to 22°C). Depending on the thickness of the applied paint layer, the drying times may differ from the times indicated. In case of doubt, allow the paint to dry longer!
Application: Surface preparation: Application the substrate must be clean, dry and free of grease (wash lexan with acetone) Sand and prime with filler. Leave to dry for 1-2 hours.
Painting in general: Bring can to room temperature. Shake vigorously before use and spray on a test basis. Spray several thin layers at intervals of approx. 2 minutes. Spray distance approx. 25 cm.
Painting one colour: Several layers of the same colour can be sprayed on top of each other within 2 hours. Do not overpaint between 2 hours and 24 hours.
Painting several colours on top of each other: Basically the paint to be painted over must be dry. Waiting time between first and second paint: approx. 24 hours.
Attention: Do not spray on acrylic paint and do not spray with acrylic paint
drying:
- dust-dry after approx. 30 min
- adhesive-free after approx. 3 hours
- Dried out after approx. 24 hours
spend: 400 ml are sufficient for approx. 1 m² depending on colour and hiding power
Recommendation: Spray only in dry weather and in places sheltered from the wind and in well-ventilated rooms. Temperatures preferably between +15°C and +25°C
Disposal: Only put the completely empty can into the recycling container. Take the paint can which has not been sprayed empty to the problem waste disposal point.
Tip: When varnishing small areas, we recommend using a cardboard as a stencil in which a hole is cut, slightly larger than the area to be varnished. The cardboard is held about 1-2 cm above the spot. With this method a substantial part of the spray mist is caught.
